(WDAY TV) - They are gathering in Frazee, Minnesota this weekend for an incredible teen-ager. 18-year old Tyler Shipman always dreamed of restoring his 1986 Pontiac Fiero, but now as Tyler battles end stage cancer, friends and strangers from across the country are coming to redo, ramp-up, and turn that Fiero into a piece of art.

The second annual North Dakota Heart Gallery is underway at the Plains Art Museum in Fargo. The Red River climbs out of its banks in November Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - It's an odd sight in November; the Red River is climbing out of its banks. Right now, the Red is at 22-feet. Flood stage is 18. The Red will rise to 24-feet by Wednesday night. That is a foot below moderate flood stage. The National Weather Service says there will be just minor flooding along the river.
