Arrest made after a fatal Wyndmere bar shooting Wyndmere, ND (WDAY TV) - A Wyndmere, North Dakota man is dead and another is in jail tonight, after a fight and gunfire at the Four Corners Bar. 46-year old Steven Rowland is in the Richland County jail being held on charges he shot and killed long time Wyndmere resident Gordy Vosberg who is in his late 50's.

Inmates from Clay, Becker, Hubbard and Otter Tail county jails arrived to help fight the flood in rural Moorhead. The prisoners were eager to help.

Spring break may have cut into the volunteer force, but the high schools stepped up, and allowed teen-agers to fill and throw sand bags that will protect homeowners and the metro.

(WDAY TV) - The family of man who went missing near Wadena, Minnesota this week told WDAY-6 News they warned Public Safety officials in St. Paul about David Paulson's Alzheimer's disease and the need to get him off the road. Authorities searched for Paulson earlier this week after he went missing for three days. He got stuck, and was found in the woods suffering from hypothermia.

Gardner man who collapsed from a heart attack while skiing is amazed by his 'Miracle in the Snow' (WDAY TV) - As we celebrate the 30th anniversary of the "Miracle on Ice," tonight, a 78-year old retired farmer from Gardner is amazed at his "Miracle in the Snow." Paul Pratt was skiing at Maplelag near Detroit Lakes, when he collapsed from a heart attack. His good fortune, is almost hard to believe.

Fergus Falls woman given the green light to escort adopted children out of Haiti (WDAY TV) - In Fergus Falls tonight, there is hope and good news coming from Haiti. Sara Thacker traveled from Otter Tail County to Haiti to not only pick up her newly adopted son, but escort five other children whose families were waiting at the airport in Miami. The adoptions had been arranged long before the earthquake.
