2 Fargo Men Arrested in Kentucky for Kidnapping Fargo, ND (WDAY-TV) - Two Fargo men are behind bars in Kentucky, for allegedly trying to kidnap a 14-year-old middle school girl so she could marry a 14-year-old Fargo boy. Police in Bowling Green, KY say they’ve never seen anything like it. Officers arrested Dragan Jovanovic and Elvis Tahirovic when they tried to sign the girl out from her school on Monday.
