Bison Lose In Final Minutes, 27-24
NDSU seemed to have hit it's stride late in the game Saturday against Illinois State, getting a touchdown with just over four minutes to play to take a 24-20 lead. But the Redbirds were undeterred, driving down the field and scoring the go-ahead touchdown, in a 27-24 Illinois State victory. North Dakota State was badly in need of a win Saturday night. They got the win and more whipping Wagner College of New York, 59-28. The Bison were paced by Pat Paschall's 167 rushing yards and two touchdowns in the win.
