(AP) — Fargo police say two men were arrested Wednesday night after a man was reportedly duct-taped to a chair, kicked and beaten during a robbery in his apartment. Police Sgt. Cass County deputies drove Michael Nakvinda from Oklahoma after his arrest last weekend. Officials said the 41-year-old Nakvinda (nak-VIN'-dah) arrived at the Fargo jail early Thursday night.
