The Highway Patrol says 18 year-old Dillon Kapaun of Valley City was traveling south on 8th avenue southwest in a pickup on just three wheels. A front wheel broke off in a crash minutes before. Kapaun eventually lost control on a curve and rolled. He was airlifted to Sanford in Fargo-where he later died.
