Moorhead, Minn.— Negotiators from the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers' (BCTGM) union who represent more than 1,300 locked out American Crystal Sugar Company workers put in an official request to a federal mediator for renewed negotiations with the company.
