Bridge Collapse Remnants

This July 31, 2012, file photo shows rusting beams from the 2007 Interstate 35W bridge collapse on the floor of a Minnesota transportation department garage in Oakdale, Minn. Historians, safety officials, educators and victims of the 2007 collapse would have six months to claim remnant steel from it under a bill the Minnesota House is set to vote on Monday, May 6, 2013. Their parts would come free, but the rest of the 3,000-plus tons of rusting steel would be sold for scrap and net the state as much as $650,000. (AP Photo/Brian Bakst)
