West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - It's unanimous; West Fargo will be home to a new elementary school much sooner than originally expected. The trigger for the new school was supposed to happen when the new Freedom Elementary hit 85-percent enrollment, or about 470 students. That all changed when Freedom opened over capacity with 565 students in its very first semester.
