The sales-tax-funded "MAGIC Fund" is contributing nearly 3-million dollars to complete funding for the 55th Street overpass project. Magic Fund members voted unanimously to pitch in the extra 2 point 7 million. That's in addition to the 20 million dollars of federal, state, and local funding.
