54 year old Emerson Chasingbear was arrested for Domestic Assault and Disorderly Conduct. It happened near 30th Avenue and 18th Street South in Moorhead. Police say he was riding home in a cab with his wife, 53 year old Linda Chasingbear, when he got mad as she was paying the driver.
