National September 11 Memorial

In this Aug. 10, 2010 photo, construction continues on the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, bottom, in New York. Although they were promised a place to mourn their loved ones, see their faces, educate their children and the children of strangers about exactly what was lost on 9/11, the family members of those killed have no completion date for the museum that is to be built alongside the Sept. 11 memorial at ground zero and some fear the powers that share control of the site are again becoming paralyzed by politically driven disagreements over who should pay for what .
