Grand Forks Man Pleads Not Guilty to Assaulting an Officer
According to police reports, Neil Ostlie grabbed a female officer by the shoulders, tried to push her to the ground and kicked her in the leg. The report says the officer's right knee was injured.By: WDAZ Staff Report, WDAZ
