Moorhead crews exceed goal in latest snow clean-up effort

Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) – Twelve hours; that was the goal the city of Moorhead made to clear snow in all of its residential and business areas. This comes after the city was barraged with complaints about snow removal during the last storm. Some neighborhoods waited a day and a half to be dug out.
