ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — As some Republicans in the Minnesota Legislature weigh whether to support legalizing same-sex weddings, an analysis of gay-marriage votes from other states shows that GOP lawmakers who backed it often faced consequences, including loss of their seats.
