Minnesota man charged with murder in shooting spree
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Prosecutors have charged a 34-year-old man with murdering a 9-year-old boy and wounding his mother and another woman while apparently shooting randomly at passing cars in the St. Paul, Minn., suburb where he lives.
