North Dakota DOT re-opens portions of I-94, I-29
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - According to the North Dakota Department of Tranportation, I-94 from Jamestown to Fargo and I-29 from Grand Forks to Fargo NOW OPEN; I-29 remains closed from Fargo to ND/SD border. A travel alert remains in effect for much of the area, and authorities urge caution while traveling.
