NDSU students and faculty protest university's fund freeze
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Faculty, students, and staff are making it known: They're not okay with NDSU's decisions to freeze funds on a grant. The money would've been used to implement a sex-ed program with Planned Parenthood.
