Fighting Sioux nickname appeal to be heard February 14th
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A three-judge appeals panel has scheduled a Feb. 14 hearing in St. Paul, Minn., on a lawsuit over the University of North Dakota's retired Fighting Sioux nickname.
