Wind and cold follows ice into the region

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The winter storm looks like it'll dump the lower end of projected numbers for snow fall, but it doesn't take away from the danger out there tonight. We're still dealing with extreme cold, wind chills reaching the negative 20s, and roads are slick.
