Shoppers, transportation agencies prepare for weekend weather

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The storm we've been planning for is starting to show, but it'll look different when you wake up and change again throughout tomorrow. DOT workers and state troopers in Minnesota and North Dakota are all saying they can't stress enough the danger this storm could bring.
