Impending storm has local agencies on alert

Fargo-Moorhead (WDAY TV) - North Dakota and Minnesota state troopers say they can't over hype the danger this storm could bring; the timing of it, the changing road conditions from ice to snow and the duration of the danger being out there all lead to officers begging you to take caution.
