Senators from North Dakota, Texas wager steaks on FCS title game
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — U.S. Sens. John Hoeven of North Dakota and John Cornyn of Texas have placed a friendly wager on the outcome of the NCAA Football Championship Subdivision title game between North Dakota State University and Sam Houston State.
