Dalrymple: Flags fly at half-staff for shooting victims
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Gov. Jack Dalrymple is asking all state government agencies and North Dakotans to fly the U.S. and state flags at half-staff on Tuesday to honor the victims of last week's Connecticut shooting.
