Southern alignment is approved in the F-M diversion

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- The North and South end of the F-M diversion are locked in place, after the diversion authority picked a southern alignment today. Now, all that's missing is the western alignment, and what's being looked at is better news for West Fargo.
