A winter storm could change the plans of North Dakota deer hunters

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- The North Dakota Highway Patrol today has a warning for you hunters headed west for the state's deer opener tomorrow. With a winter storm predicted for a good chunk of the state, driving and hunting conditions could be miserable.
