Arizona deputy charged in beating of West Fargo man (UPDATE)

WEST FARGO – A sheriff’s detective from Arizona who allegedly drove to West Fargo in September and brutally assaulted a man who had an affair with his wife was arrested Wednesday in Phoenix.
