Prosecutors say Fargo surgeon took dangerous risks
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Prosecutors in the trial of a Fargo surgeon accused of drugging his wife and sexually assaulting her say the defendant ignored safety precautions to satisfy his sexual obsessions.
