State tracks absentee ballots delayed by Sandy
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — While officials in New Jersey and New York are trying to overcome voting roadblocks put up by Superstorm Sandy in time for Election Day, Minnesota is also working to make sure all state voters have their say.
