Diversion plans affect the Kindred School district

Kindred, ND (WDAY TV) -- The Kindred School district is tens of thousands of dollars short this school year after property taxes in Oxbow dropped. School officials say the proposed diversion project is responsible, and now they are asking the Diversion Authority to make up the difference.
