Minnesota joins Iowa fight against invasive carp
MILFORD, Iowa (AP) — Minnesota is kicking in the final piece of financing for a $1 million electric barrier to keep Asian carp out of the Iowa Great Lakes and, subsequently, Minnesota's lakes.
