After 70 years a WWII veteran receives an honorary diploma

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A World War 2 Veteran and former Fargo Central High School attendee, can now, after 70 years call himself a high school graduate. Teddy Wong was drafted into Army during his junior year, but today received an honorary diploma.
