Jaeger hoping for quick ruling on North Dakota medical marijuana dispute
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota Secretary of State Al Jaeger says he's hoping for a quick resolution of a dispute about whether a medical marijuana initiative should be on the November ballot.
