Truck starts on fire during NDSU evacuation
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- To add to the fear during the evacuation, a cloud of black smoke began rising right next to the NDSU campus. Debris in the back of a work truck from Industrial Builders started on fire as it drove down University.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
