The measures with forged signatures will not be on the November ballot

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- The groups say they're "reeling" over the fraud charges, 11-people hired to collect signatures, including 8 NDSU football players, are accused of forging signatures. Those measures will not be on the November ballot.
