Minnesota senators, Sviggum fined over GOP brochure
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A panel of administrative law judges has found that 11 Republican state senators and former House Speaker Steve Sviggum (SWIG'-uhm) broke a state law by distributing taxpayer-paid literature that included a political fundraising link.
