Thursday App of the Week: Minnesota State Fair App
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Minnesota schools don't start until September 4th, so they can take in the State Fair. This year the Minnesota State Fair is embracing new technology, with its very own smartphone app for this year's event.
