Minnesota lawmaker in rest-stop scandal still silent
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — The Minnesota state lawmaker involved in a sex scandal involving a 17-year-old boy at a rest stop maintained his public silence Tuesday as another Democratic candidate for his seat emerged.
