Polk County authorities investigating possible animal cruelty case

Polk County, MN (WDAY TV) - The Polk County Humane society is trying to treat a dog that may have been hit by a train as a result of animal abuse. Witnesses say they saw the dog dragging himself by railroad tracks near Fisher. A man who found the dog claims its back legs were tied with twine when he found it.
