Fargo to install temporary downtown surveillance cameras

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Fargo Police say they will install temporary surveillance cameras downtown. The idea was controversial when it was first announced this spring, but businesses along NP Avenue say they're needed to help curb crime.
