North Dakota flags at half-staff for victims of Wisconsin shooting
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Gov. Jack Dalrymple is asking that all North Dakota and U.S. flags be flown at half-staff until sunset on Friday in respect for the victims of the mass shooting in Oak Creek, Wis.
