Fargo man dies in motorcycle crash in a neighborhood filled with children

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- The man on that motorcycle died. Eyewitnesses say it was a gruesome scene, smack in the middle of a neighborhood filled with children. It all unfolded this afternoon in Fargo.
