Governor wants FEMA housing program extended in Minot
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Gov. Jack Dalrymple is asking the Federal Emergency Management Agency to extend its temporary housing program by six months in Minot as the city continues its recovery from historic Souris River flooding last summer.
