Richland-Wilkin Humane Society offers deals for home-seeking cats

Wahpeton, N.D. (WDAY TV) - At the Richland-Wilkin Humane Society in Wahpeton, so many cats have been dropped off or abandoned, the shelter has started offering a special deal to anyone willing to adopt one of the 30 cats now calling the shelter home.
