West Fargo woman, husband hurt in I-94 crash involving wrong-way driver

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – A West Fargo woman and her husband were injured Monday in a three-vehicle crash involving a wrong-way driver suffering from a medical condition on Interstate 94 near here, the Minnesota State Patrol said.
