Some Minnesota bar and restaurant owners go all in on electronic gambling
Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - Minnesota gamblers get ready: High-tech gaming is on its way. The state Gambling Control Board approved guidelines for the new handheld electronic devices. That prospect of something new has bar and restaurant owners going all in.
