DNR takes to the road to fight invasive species
Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) -- If you are towing a boat down a Minnesota road, beware. The DNR can and may pull you over for no reason. It's part of the states effort to crack down on Aquatic Invasive Species Violations, but not everyone's happy about it.
