Good news for Canadian shoppers and North Dakota businesses

Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) -- North Dakota businesses are getting some good news. Starting June 1st, Canadian shoppers will be able to bring a LOT more duty-free items back across the border. Thanks to a new law that will help boost the tax base in cities across the state.
