North Dakota cities get grants for flood protection
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Gov. Jack Dalrymple says the state is designating more than $750,000 in federal grant money to help Valley City and Cooperstown beef up infrastructure to guard against Sheyenne River flooding.
