Moorhead construction causing headaches for some drivers
Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - Drivers in Moorhead may soon be doing everything they can to avoid Main Avenue. Moorhead Public Service started a major construction project from 4th to 8th street that's reduced traffic to one lane each way.
