Minnesota legislature takes further steps to protect vulnerable adults
Moorhead, MN (WDAY TV) - It’s a major step forward in the fight against adult abuse in Minnesota. Until this week, the intentional abuse or neglect of a vulnerable adult was a misdemeanor.
